Job Description

As a Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating communication and coordination between various stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals across departments, clients, partners, and other relevant parties. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to navigate complex relationships effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination between different departments, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, conferences, and other collaborative sessions to ensure effective information exchange and decision-making.
  • Maintain regular communication channels to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns promptly.
  • Identify potential areas for collaboration or partnership opportunities and initiate discussions to explore them further.
  • Monitor progress on various projects or initiatives, identifying any issues or bottlenecks and taking proactive measures to resolve them.
  • Provide support to management by preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and best practices to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the liaison role.
Experience: More than 5 years of experience in a similar role

Job Requirements

Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree
  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar liaison or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for communication, collaboration, and project management.
