DevOps Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

• Collaborate with software development teams to design, implement, and maintain efficient and reliable CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications and infrastructure using modern DevOps tools and technologies.
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to ensure consistency and reproducibility across environments.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our digital lending platform and customer data.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely response and resolution to production incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to the documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
