Job Summary
The Finance, Cost and Budget Administration Department manager is accountable to the Company General manager and is responsible for developing effective financial systems in preparing the annual company budget, controlling over the utilization of the budgets and budget performances as well as managing the company budget and costs to be used effectively and efficiently for the predetermined objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Based on company plan; organizing, leading, evaluating, planning, and reporting the finance work.
- Designing financial policy, directives and manuals applicable for carrying out the financial analysis;
- Preparing the plan and reporting performances of financial analysis;
- Plans, organizes, directs, evaluates, submits performance reports;
- Prepares Costs and Budget Guidelines, Regulations and Forms to the relevant body and monitors their implementation upon approval.
- Monitors any purchases in accordance with the procurement instructions;
- Regularly record and analyze the production costs of the factories and report to the relevant authority. Periodically analyzes the production costs of the factories and reports on its performance.
- Ensure that the factory's assets are properly registered and regularly audited from the project;
- Closes the annual accounts and makes profit and loss statements, assets and liabilities, opening and closing accounts.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities given by the company manager.

Qualifications Required
Education
- BA/BSC/MA/MSC/ degree in Accounting, Accounting and finance, Cooperative accounting and auditing, Banking and finance, Financial management, Finance and investment,
Experience
- 10 years for BA/BSC degree or 8 years for MA/MSC degree Relevant work experience in Manufacturing Industries and of which 3 years and above in a responsibility Position.
Other Personal Attributes
- having good experience in financial management and analysis, team work sprit, good ethical behavior, good customer handling and serving approach skill, willingness to accept changes and implement it; no prior disciplinary records, recommendable/accepted for the position; accepting the given responsibility and being committed for overcoming responsibilities; good previous performance history and working discipline;
Note;
- Manufacturing Company experience is preferable
- IFRS certified mandatory
- Peachtree certified mandatory
