Senior Accountant

Dugda Construction Plc is BC/SC-1 Construction Company that is engaged in the Building Construction, Special Foundation & Supplier Ready Mix Concrete. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position listed below.

Main Responsibility & Duties:

• Based on chart of accounts of the Company identifies and codes all financial document.
• Records all income and expense accounts, and fixed assets based on Company Policies and procedures.
• Prepares journal entries.
• Completes general ledger operations.
• Prepares trial balance.
• Records, corrects and adjusts journal entries.
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements and closing of accounts.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related activities as needed.
• Based on general direction of senior team members organizes, files, and keeps financial source documents.
• Codes any financial document

Educational Qualification:

• BA Degree in Accounting & Finance and other Related Field of study.

Work Experiences:

• 8 years and above which at 2 (two) years Similar Position

Technical Competency

• Strong knowledge of Construction Industry

• Coordination, listening, communication and comprehension skills

• Peachtree Accounting, IFRS and Tax
