Job Description
New Flower General Trading P.L.C has engaged in the different business ventures of manufacturing, import, export and construction areas. Our company is looking for competent applicants.
Job description
- Prepare documents and receipts, and ensuring proper tax is implemented during purchase or refund requests.
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts;
- Maintaining records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Processes payments which involve ensuring all payments are adequately supported by appropriate documentation.
- Maintain the accounting reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all ledgers and all supporting documentation and compliance with finance and procurement regulations;
- Ensure expenses are authorized and processed in accordance with agreed procedures and according to the finance regulation.
- Maintain accounting records, ensuring they are complete, accurate, well archived, and safeguarded;
- Prepare Check and balance the daily account at the end of each day.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
Educational requirement
- Minimum BA degree in Accounting
Work experience
- 2-5 years experience .
- Good knowledge of Manufacturing, import and export Companies.
- Good knowledge of Peachtree accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
