The Companies in the group engaged in manufacturing (liquid soap, bar soap, Edible oil and shortening products), retail service providing, printing, trading and engineering. Based on this, our company,Shemu Groupwant to hire competent, energetic, enthusiastic and capable applicants for the post we have.

Major Duties

The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in generating revenue for the company by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products or services. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who is skilled in sales techniques and customer relationship management.

Detail Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

    • Conduct product or service presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits.
    • Demonstrate the value proposition effectively and address any customer inquiries or objections.
  3. Proposal Development and Negotiation:

    • Prepare and present proposals and quotations tailored to meet the needs of the client.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing and delivery schedules.
  4. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, opportunities, and sales transactions.
    • Generate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
    • Coordinate with sales management to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and objectives.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and sales presentations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
