Training Manager

Golden Tulip Addis Ababa Hotelis a Five Star upscale Hotel, part of international Hotel Chain, located in an expansive ground in a strategic location from International Airport, is looking for qualified candidates for theTraining Manager vacant position.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs withinthe organization
• Conduct orientation sessions
• Create training materials
• Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations
• Follow up the hotel training and development plat form
• Create testing and evaluation processes
• Manage training budget
• Prepare and implement training budget
• Conductperformance reviews
• Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops
• Provide performance feedback
• Conduct continuing education training
• Provide leadership development education
• Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements and cost management
• Assist with the development of strategic plans
• High level of motivation, determination and commitment.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Training Manager
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Good computer and database skills
• BA degree in education, human resources or relevant field
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years hotel experience is mandatory.
