Job Summary:

The Finished Goods Controller is responsible for managing the inventory of finished goods in a manufacturing or distribution facility. This role involves overseeing the storage, tracking and shipping of finished products to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of finished goods
• Coordinate with production , warehouse, and Shipping teams to insure timely and accurate movement of finished products
• Implement Inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and ensure product availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and address any discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to optimize inventory Management Processes.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, Stock movement and other relevant metrics.
• Ensure Compliance with safety, Quality and regulatory standards in the handling and storage of finished goods.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in inventory Management.

Work Environment:

• The Finished goods controller typically works in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• May involve some physical activities such as moving and lifting boxes or products.
• May require working in shifts or on weekends, depending on operational needs.
