We are currently looking for a Production Manager who overseesmanufacturing processes, ensures quality, and manages resources efficiently.

Your Purpose:

Responsible for all activities of the whole production department in accordance with corporate goals and objectives. Control the production process of the enterprise, develops measures to organize a continuous production process and drives its improvement to prevent and eliminate any violations of the production process and to increase key KPI with special attention to safety and quality related, waste reduction, productivity and efficiency.

Your Main Responsibility:

• Ensures timely execution of manufacturing plans and schedules. Controls the compliance of manufacturing plans with sales plans per brands and volumes.
• Responsible for high quality product output and its compliance with quality specifications and corporate demands; Participate in development of technical and operational measures to improve product quality while ensuring efficient usage of production facilities and materials.
• Ensures technical readiness of production equipment, supervise preparation of adequate maintenance plan and its fulfilment.
• Drives structured improvement programs with special focus on product quality, reduction of production wastes and increase of equipment efficiency and productivity.
  Study availability of new technologies and perform related study, drive experience sharing and promotes continuous improvement and innovation culture. Ensures timely solution of equipment capacity and modifications implementation according to marketing plans and at optimal costs.
• Takes measures to staff Company at optimum level and with professional people. Stimulates and promotes professional skills development of the personnel. Drive preparation of training plan for supervised department and ensures it fulfillment to support improvement of production KPI. Creates healthy and safe working environment and gives moral support while ensuring all legal and employer rules are obeyed and discipline is maintained. Supports subordinates in the performance of their duties and ensures that they receive appropriate instructions, training, necessary information and developmental opportunities, and also evaluates their work.
• Plan and put forward for approval KPIs targets for the planning period. Ensures KPI targets are met and provides full support to the employees to achieve them. Approves and controls the budget related to supervised department (incl. PR control and approval). Responsible for spare parts budget and availability while maintaining spares stock level at optimum level.
• Understand health and safety hazards and risks relevant to their department, function, or process; Know Legal and JTI health and safety requirements applicable to their department, function, or process and ensure compliance; Ensure that appropriate control measures are known and implemented in order to maintain a healthy and safe workplace for employees within their area of responsibility Ensure that safety methods are developed and all employees receive appropriate health & safety training and required qualifications, and are competent to do the work safely; Provide health and safety leadership, promote a positive safety culture, actively demonstrate commitment to health and safety, led by example, and take actions to continuously improve health and safety performance; Ensures personal and subordinates compliance to rules and norms of labor safety and production sanitary. Organizes and contains the workplace according to 5S3R, rules and instructions on labor safety, production sanitation and fire safety.
• Performs other tasks given by the direct supervisor.

Education:

• MSC or BSC Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or related fields.

Work Experience:

• For MSC holders, minimum 5 years; for BSC holders, minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in global supply chain / manufacturing, with demonstrated people management experience.
