Job Description

Carries out and completes all maintenance works/requests according to the established schedule and ensures high quality of finishing work. Pays particular attention to guest related jobs.
To carry out repair and maintenance on all hot and cold-water services.
Repair and maintenance of drainage systems.
Installation/replacement of piping systems including hot and cold water, drain lines, steam and gas lines.
Repair of fire hose and sprinkler lines.
Responsible for repair and maintenance and operation of water treatment, softeners, water pumps, pressure reducing stations and filters.
Maintenance of the swimming pool plants spa equipment and water chemistry.
Maintenance of the hot water re-circulation system.
Respond as quickly as possible to maintenance requests from both clients and colleagues.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years' work experience as Plumber in a Hotel or in a similar large building/complex with central plant.
Special skills required on Pipe fittings, brazing and gas cutting.
Experience in maintenance of the swimming pool plants, spa equipments and water chemistry.
Should understand installation/replacement of piping systems including hot and cold water, drain lines, steam and gas lines.
