Duties and Responsibilities
- Experience in working with large, multi-stakeholder projects, including co-workers, partners, and clients.
- Ensure that the projects are running on schedule, on budget, and overall meet the agreed-upon objectives.
- Effectively communicate with customers (including executives, technical and non-technical staff), partners and internally. Consistently update stakeholders on project status.
- Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Escalate issues, as early as needed, to bring visibility and ensure blockers are removed
- Industrial Certificate in Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto, other leading vendors is a plus
- Proven track record in the effective leadership of a team of highly skilled Network and Security specialists
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical subjects and present solutions to senior-level management
- Excellent working knowledge of network and security technologies. This includes but is not limited to: Network switching and routing across Cisco, hardware, and software, Software Defined WAN, Software-defined LAN and network segmentation, Data center and cloud connectivity, Wireless networks,
- Experience with cloud and datacenter technologies, including how they are designed, how they are built, and how they can be defended
- Experience researching, designing, and implementing defensive security systems for a globally distributed environment
- Possess a strong understanding of zero trust and defense in depth and cybersecurity frameworks
- Proven experience in installation, configuration, and commissioning of Controller based WLAN network
- Experience in installation and configuration of Network Management systems and Network Access Control systems as well as security tools and technology
Job Requirements
Qualification
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
