HR Manager

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, manage recruitment and selection processes, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, and foster a positive work environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR executive and 3-5 year in the HR manager position
• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
