Food and Beverage Supervisor

Golden Tulip Addis Ababa Hotel is a Five Star upscale Hotel, part of international Hotel Chain, located in an expansive ground in a strategic location from International Airport, is looking for qualified candidates for the Food and Beverage Supervisor position

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists the Room Service Manager in supervising the day to day operation of Room Service and Mini Bar.
• Assists the Room Service Manager in analyzing on an ongoing basis the following:
• Quality level of production
• Guest satisfaction
• Operating costs
• Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
• Treats all Team Members fairly, with respect.
• Check the quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
• Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day.
• Has effectively forecasted restaurant needs.
• Shifts priorities and goals as work demands change

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.

• Previous Food and Beverage Management or Supervisory 3 years and above experience
