Job detail

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, with experience overseeing HR and administrative functions in a manufacturing company.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with potential and existing clients and partners.
• Collaborate on project-based initiatives and draft partnership agreements to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the import and export environment, with at least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions. And also 1 or more than 1 Years Marketing on Import and export centre is preferable

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer with the current technology.
