We are Chinese company ,and we have scheduled invest Ethiopia ,so we need recruit more person of have ability, so this department will help us to hire people and interview. This department is responsible to manage staff and calculate our staff salary and attendant we have a system for manage staff. and we need the employee can operate it. Register our staff achieve and employee contract we have probation for 2 month and allowance of transport for 50 daily and communication for 500 monthly. Two day-weekend and formal leave if have festival.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire person and interview
• Formulate rule of our company and reimbursement rule
• Calculate staff salary
• Manage attendant of staff and don not allow our staff late for work
• Register staff achieve and contract
• Proficient use of computer and word/excel

Education & Experience:

• Human resource Management
• 2-3 year of experience Skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Understanding how to manage
• Need know how to calculate the wage
• Can speak English smooth
