Main Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Supervisor is generally responsible for maintaining, and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and Executing Sales Orders as per the plan received. In addition, he/she is responsible for securing the warehouse as well as supervising staff.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Supervising Warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy.
• Communicating job expectations and coaching employees.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and discipline.
• Undertake tasks assigned by the immediate line manager.
• Track and report inventory levels daily
• Constantly work to improve processes.
• Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
• Determine and track the most important warehouse KPIs.
• Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
• Share Daily and monthly WH movement Report.
• Close Monthly WH count in collaboration with the Stock counting Team.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
• Assure all WH-related transactions are captured on time in full through SAP.

Required Education/Experience and Key Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or other related fields of study.
• Minimum of 2 (Two) years of experience as a warehouse supervisor and a total of 4 years of experience in a warehouse-related position.
• Strong Knowledge of Working in ERP (SAP) related to WH activities.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Problem-solving skills.
