System Support Administrator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced System Support Administrator to join our team. This is an onsite position that involves direct interaction with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to our clients, resolving system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate software and computer equipment.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Support VMware and Kubernetes environments.
• Support both Windows and Ubuntu environments.
• Collaborate with the development team to report any system issues or bugs, and work towards their resolution.
• Perform daily backup tasks and monitor system performance.
• Create user-friendly guides and manuals for common issues.

Qualification:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service attitude.
• Strong knowledge of VMware and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Windows and Ubuntu operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
