As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry associations, and online research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking interactions and follow-up activities in a CRM system.
- Utilize marketing collateral, case studies, and testimonials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our commercial cleaning services to prospective clients.
Consultative Selling
- Conduct needs assessments and site visits to understand clients' cleaning requirements, preferences, and pain points.
- Customize solutions and proposals to address clients' specific needs and demonstrate how our services can add value and meet their objectives
- Present proposals and pricing options to decision-makers, addressing objections and negotiating terms to close sales and secure contracts.
Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all cleaning-related needs.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Actively seek opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings within existing client accounts to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
Market Intelligence and Competition Analysis
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape in the commercial cleaning sector.
- Monitor competitors' pricing, services, and marketing strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for differentiation.
- Share market insights and feedback with the marketing and operations teams to inform strategic planning and service enhancements.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets and revenue goals.
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement, refine sales strategies, and prioritize sales efforts in high-potential markets or industries.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales plans, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.
