of our commercial cleaning business. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of cleaning services to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive operational excellence
Responsibilities
Team Management:
- Supervise and provide leadership to cleaning staff, including recruitment, training,and performance management.
- Develop and implement schedules to ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess cleaning quality and client satisfaction, making necessary adjustments to meet or exceed expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for service improvements or expansion.
Operational Efficiency:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resource utilization, minimize costs, and maximize profitability.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to track operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges or bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions and process improvements as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- high quality cleaning services.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with cleaning standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and oversee training programs to educate cleaning staff on best practices and quality standards, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks of accidents or injuries in the workplace.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents or near misses, taking appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence
