Our mission is to offer efficient, top-quality cleaning services that meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations. Our vision is to be recognized as the best cleaning company in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketer to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our commercial cleaning business. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our online presence, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness among our target audience. Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the commercial cleaning industry.
  • Define target audience segments and create tailored digital marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospects into customer.

Content Creation and Management

  • Create compelling and relevant content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Develop content calendars and editorial schedules to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all digital platforms.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX) to drive organic traffic and enhance engagement metricson for digital marketing and a track record of driving measurable result
Social Media Management
  • Manage and maintain social media profiles and accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others, to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase followers, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and opportunities to provide timely responses and enhance brand reputation.
Email Marketing and Automation
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, and drive conversions.
  • Segment email lists based on customer demographics, behavior, and lifecycle stage to deliver targeted and personalized communications.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and track campaign performance.
Paid Advertising and Remarketing
  • Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors and abandoned cart users through display ads, remarketing lists, and dynamic product ads.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust campaign settings to optimize return on investment (ROI) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA)

Job Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven 2 years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, content creation, social media management, and paid advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including
  • SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Portfolio or examples of previous digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound) are a plus.
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning industry or related B2B services sector is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
