Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the commercial cleaning industry.
- Define target audience segments and create tailored digital marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospects into customer.
Content Creation and Management
- Create compelling and relevant content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Develop content calendars and editorial schedules to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all digital platforms.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX) to drive organic traffic and enhance engagement metricson for digital marketing and a track record of driving measurable result
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain social media profiles and accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and others, to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase followers, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and opportunities to provide timely responses and enhance brand reputation.
Email Marketing and Automation
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, and drive conversions.
- Segment email lists based on customer demographics, behavior, and lifecycle stage to deliver targeted and personalized communications.
- Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and track campaign performance.
Paid Advertising and Remarketing
- Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors and abandoned cart users through display ads, remarketing lists, and dynamic product ads.
- Monitor ad performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust campaign settings to optimize return on investment (ROI) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA)
