Dynamic Planners PLC. is a Grade-I, Water resource engineering as well as a Grade-I, Engineering and Architectural consulting firm. Dynamic Planners would like to hire a professional for the stated position here below with the following background;
Roles and responsibilities:
- Prepare task schedule in his /her team, manage resources, manpower and time allocation for the timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks as per the works contract and the service standard set by the company
- Coordinate and manage department tasks with team members, sub consultants, client and other relevant stakeholders by attending meetings, sending and receiving emails/ calls/ texts, making all necessary correspondences in a timely manner
- Mainly responsible for the quality control and supervision of construction work making sure that it is executed as per the contract (drawing, specification and BOQ), handle construction cost and time control for the assigned project
- Mainly responsible for certifying all site data including surveying, work inspection forms, daily/monthly reports, daily diary, daily/ weekly take-off sheet, etc
- Mainly responsible for reviewing and certifying Contractors Payment Certificate;
- Mainly Responsible to inspect, approve or reject material quality in collaboration with specialized company staffs, if any, which does not comply with standards set on specification.
- Work closely and professionally with the project coordinator in establishing company's supervision standard by closely following work inspectors, contractors, quantity surveyors and is highly responsible for any quality problems that will happen due to negligence, corruption, lack of competency or related
- Mainly responsible for maintaining hard and soft copy of all project records, specifically under his/her team
- Work closely and professionally with the project coordinator in assisting establishing company's supervision standard by closely following work inspectors, contractors, and quantity surveyors and is highly responsible for any quality problems that will happen due to carelessness, corruption, lack of competency or related.
- Maintain and control Department's office discipline of work area by closely and friendly managing leave of absence, work place ethics (according to employee manual), trying to resolve disagreements with team members, quietness and neatness. Responsibility is just limited to solving issues in discussion with the team member and when it is beyond capacity, bringing the issue to the attention of the General manager
- Work closely with the project coordinator, the design team and the Contract administration personnel on issues that need cooperation and discussion
- Providing technical assistance to the project coordinator, the design team and the Contract administration personnel in responding to contractor's design inquiries, conducting author control visits to project sites per request, conducting provisional and final acceptance
- Mainly responsible for maintaining hard and soft copy of all project records, specifically under his/her team
- Liaison the company issue(s) with Client and other bodies in the assigned project area
- Other tasks assigned to him/her by the immediate supervisor
