Position Purpose and summary of Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) develops and implements strategies and work plans related to the project entitled âImproving Access to Reproductive Health and Rights Information and Servicesâ project to ensure that the overall goals and objectives of the project are met. The SPM is responsible for planning and managing the implementation and execution of activities under the project following the agreement entered with the donor and Ministry of Health, which include community education, meaningful engagement of the youth, girls, women and other community members, ensuring women have access to comprehensive abortion care (CAC) and contraceptive (CC) services in the project areas etc. S/he provides technical guidance to staffs involved in the implementation of the project activities to ensure that service delivery objectives are met, including training in abortion care and family planning, ensuring the quality of services, avail intended services to target groups that include female factory workers, rural women, women with disabilities and SGBV survivors. The position will provide leadership and strategic direction to gender expert, community advisor, youth/adolescent lead, and regional team leaders; plan and coordinate technical inputs and supervise staff and consultants. This position works closely with the Country Director. S/he will also work closely with all team members in planning, implementing and assessing activities aimed at achieving country program goals/objectives.

Work with appropriate staff and consultants, collaborating with government officials and private partners, to ensure that annual work plans are met, including:
