Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring delivery of quality technical support for clients related to business applications emphasized on ERP. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support of the ERP. The role includes interacting with both ERP technical and functional domains to understand requirements, evaluating alternative solutions, making changes and improvements, customizing, and resolving problems, issues, communicating status and documenting system changes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle requests, incidents, and problems, related to Business Applications on time and efficiently to meet business deadlines.

  • Participates in Business application projects, to facilitate operational support in line with the project plan and in accordance with the business expectations.

  • Provide user training whenever required.

  • Interact with 3rd party support on issues requiring technical assistance for ERP systems.

  • Perform Customization and Report Development.

  • Prepare, review, and submit timely report for the concerned body of the company.

  • Maintain, and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best practices for segregation of duties and lead other process improvement initiatives.

  • Identify and recommend upgrades and changes to hardware and software, maintaining efficient and effective operations in the organization

  • Investigate and introduce process improvement measures and provide recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • MSc/BSc Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or related fields

    • 6- and 8 years relevant experience in an application management role for MSc and BSc respectively.
    • Strategic Business Partnering

    • Supplier Service Management

    • Customer service management

    • Project management

    • Independent Delivery

    • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical employees.

    • Proven experience on vendor management, enterprise application support (ERP/CRM), and a strong business understanding.
