Executive Secretary

Description:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
• Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
• Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
• Write emails, memos and letters
• Implement office procedures and record systems
• Manage database entry and client files
• Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
• Maintain confidential companys files/records and store them accordingly
• Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
• Assist with presentations, reports and proposal preparations.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Secretarial Science or a related field.
• Proficient in word processing and Microsoft office products
• Proven experience working as an executive secretary.
• Knowledge of graphic designing will be an added advantage.
