Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at AIM ULTRA . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in marketing, preferably in the visa consultancy service industry. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including website content, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts, including sales, product development, and customer service.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about visa regulations, immigration policies, and industry developments to tailor marketing messages accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and foster business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the visa consultancy service industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
