Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at AIM ULTRA . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in marketing, preferably in the visa consultancy service industry. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Create compelling marketing materials, including website content, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts, including sales, product development, and customer service.
Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Stay informed about visa regulations, immigration policies, and industry developments to tailor marketing messages accordingly.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and foster business opportunities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the visa consultancy service industry.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and web analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
