Executive Managerial Assistance

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist General /Vice Manager in day-to-day activities by writing Emails, letters and schedule activities and programs
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and forms
• Arrange a central data base system.
• Assist with booking and general liaising demands
• Maintain confidential information, file and store them accordingly
• Organize and distribute messages to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Delegate the manager in the case of his absence so that you can take appropriate administrative actions and decisions on behalf of him.

Qualification/Requirements

• Msc/ Bsc in Engineering/Social field
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
• High leadership skills
• Attention to details and consequent problem solving skill
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
• Knowledge of illiterate computer basic & special features and softwares
• At least 3-5 years of General experience from which at least 2 years as an executive assistance
• Applicants must be fluent in English, Amharic and Affan Oromo language in writing, reading and listening, excellent in Arabic language(optional)
