Job Description
- Recruitment and Selection: Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Employee Relations: Assisting with employee relations matters such as resolving conflicts, conducting investigations into complaints, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Benefits Administration: Providing support in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. This may involve answering employee questions, processing enrollments, and liaising with benefit providers.
- Performance Management: Assisting in the performance management process by tracking employee performance evaluations, coordinating performance appraisal meetings, and documenting performance improvement plans.
- Training and Development: Assisting in identifying training needs, coordinating training sessions or workshops, and tracking employee participation in training programs.
- Policy Implementation and Compliance: Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- HR Administration: Handling various administrative tasks related to HR operations, such as maintaining HR databases, preparing HR reports, and managing HR-related documentation.
- Legal Compliance: Assisting in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and keeping abreast of changes in employment legislation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assisting in analyzing HR data and preparing reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and training effectiveness.
