Job Description
Prospect and Generate Leads:
Identify potential customers and lead generation opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively to maximize conversions.
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:
Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consultations with potential clients to understand their business requirements and demonstrate how Ashewa ERP solutions can address their needs.
Present product demonstrations, proposals, and quotations to prospects.
Lead negotiations and handle objections to successfully close sales.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activity and pipeline to the sales manager.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging.
Work closely with the customer support and implementation teams to ensure smooth handover and successful onboarding of new customers.
Coordinate with other sales team members to leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Stay Informed and Updated:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Continuously build product knowledge and expertise to effectively position and differentiate Ashewa ERP solutions.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and generate leads.
Job Requirements
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the software or technology industry.
1 year Direct experience in software sales
2 year experience in real-estate business and other B2B business.
Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their benefits to businesses.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to potential clients.
Outstanding negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
