Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and handling phone calls.
Document Management:
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, records, and documents. This includes filing, scanning, and archiving documents as necessary.
Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees. Facilitate communication by responding to inquiries, relaying messages, and disseminating information.
Calendar Management:
- Manage the executive's calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate logistics such as room reservations, travel arrangements, and catering as needed.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for executives and employees. This includes booking flights, hotels, transportation, and managing travel expenses.
Meeting Coordination:

- Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and equipment. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
