Job Description

Sadamao Group is an umbrella company of Amaz Electronics Manufacturing PLC which is engaged in the manufacturing of Different sizes of TV and Receivers and Sadamo Trading PLC, engaged in the manufacturing of Hisense brand Refrigerators and washing Machines.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and handling phone calls.

Document Management:

  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, records, and documents. This includes filing, scanning, and archiving documents as necessary.

Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees. Facilitate communication by responding to inquiries, relaying messages, and disseminating information.

Calendar Management:

  • Manage the executive's calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate logistics such as room reservations, travel arrangements, and catering as needed.

Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for executives and employees. This includes booking flights, hotels, transportation, and managing travel expenses.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and presentations. Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials, and take minutes during meetings as required.

Office Supplies and Equipment:

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and equipment. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update contact databases, employee directories, and other organizational databases. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

Event Planning:

  • Assist with planning and coordinating company events, such as conferences, seminars, and corporate functions. This may involve venue selection, catering arrangements, guest invitations, and logistics coordination.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, processing paperwork, and maintaining personnel records. Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops as needed.

Confidentiality:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Uphold privacy and security protocols to safeguard confidential data.

Problem Solving:

  • Address inquiries and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner. Troubleshoot problems related to office operations and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects. Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective teamwork and communication.

Training and Guidance:

  • Provide training and guidance to team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders on customs compliance requirements, procedures, and best practices to enhance overall compliance and efficiency in customs clearance processes.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline customs clearance processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs through automation, process optimization, and implementation of best practices in customs compliance.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Diploma in secretarial science or office administration from a recognized University with 4 and above years of related experience.
