Company Description

Our company Yetem Trading PLC has been engaged in trading business since 1983 E.C. and owned a cosmetics house that supplies and distributes different brands. Yetem Trading has its extensive customers base from all over Ethiopia, and has created an assortment of collections that has gained its reputation to be the leading name in the cosmetics sector. Currently we are investing to establish a manufacturing unit of personal care cosmetics and plastic. The company owns 5000 Sqm plot manufacturing facility in Sheger City Administration which is at 4 km North of Addis Ababa at specific place called Sululta. We installed technologically advanced machines and we are on the verge of starting production.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

  • BA/BSc in relevant fields IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering etc
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
  • Experience in introduction, design, implementation, and adoption of relevant technology and data management tools.
  • capacity in management of network/server software and hardware devices and platforms
  • Experience in import and export documentation
  • Experience in ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP of ODDO etc and
  • Experience in Data Encoding

Personal Skill

  • Good office antiquate ability to comply company working rule and regulations
  • Good relationship management skills. Ability to relate to people at all levels internally and externally with a strong client-service focus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical ideas and concerns in a non-technical manner.
  • Analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills, with capacity to see the big picture, make sound decisions, and offer non-standard solutions.
  • Able to maintain confidential information.
  • Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented and results-oriented.
  • Basic understanding of import export activity.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and best practice.
  • Demonstrated experience building ICT capacity with professional staff.
