Senior office Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Cost break down (bu)
• Quantity Numeration or Take off reports
• Preparation of Physical/ Financial report
• Cost Estimation
• Preparation of work schedule
• Bid formation
• Preparation of weekly and/or monthly project status reports, action lists, final documents and closeout reports.
• Preparation and maintenance of construction schedules.

Essential skills

• Excellent knowledge of construction method and regulations
• Good communication ability both in written and verbal
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent Organizational and time management skills

Qualifications:

• Education: MSC/BSC in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience: 3(Msc) /5(Bsc) years of experience
