Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer proficient in Flutter, with strong skills in Java and Kotlin for Android development. The role requires understanding various state management techniques in Flutter, with a focus on developing interactive games. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Frontend Development: Spearhead game features and UIs using Flutter, ensuring high performance on Android and iOS devices.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
• Optimize User Experience: Create intuitive, engaging interfaces for in-app games, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay Updated with Trends: Integrate best practices from mobile development, gaming, and Flutter.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure the app performs well across different devices and platforms.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal app performance.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in frontend development focused on mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Flutter: Extensive experience with Flutter and Dart, proven in building and deploying for Android and iOS.
• Expertise in Java and Kotlin: Strong experience essential for Android development.
• State Management: Deep knowledge of various state management techniques in Flutter.
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Proficient in Android and iOS development environments.
• UI/UX Design: Strong UI design skills and user experience capabilities.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Gaming Industry Experience: Experience in gaming or developing gamified app features.
