Job Description
Resolve to Save Lives (RTSL), is a U.S. based not-for-profit organization partnering with countries, communities, and organizations to prevent 100 million deaths from cardiovascular disease and make the world safer from epidemics. RTSL is committed to saving as many lives as possible by prioritizing partnerships with government, national, and local organizations in low- and middle-income countries to co-create, advocate for, and scale up activities in heart disease prevention and epidemic preparedness. RTSL has been registered in Ethiopia with registration number 6870 and currently working with the Ethiopia Public Health Institute and the Ethiopia Federal Ministry of Health, providing broad-based technical assistance and support across different program areas. In Ethiopia, the Prevent Epidemic program focuses on helping the country improve its capacity across some of the International Health Regulations (IHR) technical areas and seeks to initiate the collection and utilization of timely information related to public health emergency detection, notification, and response to improve the systems performance in early detection and response. This support has been targeted at enhancing the national capacity and systems to detect, respond and curb the spread of public health emergencies. RTSL is also currently supporting the Ethiopia Public Health Institute in the response to the covid-19 pandemic. The goals of the RTSL-supported cardiovascular health project are to 1) improve hypertension detection and control at the primary health care level in Ethiopia, 2) create a national salt and excess sugar reduction strategy and implementation plan development, 3) support the elimination of harmful artificial trans fats in the food supply, and 4) improve knowledge, attitude and behavior change on harmful effects of high salt diet, and benefit of reducing salt intake in the community.
The intent of this expression of interest is to identify potential and reliable local Payroll software providers and obtain a qualified Supplier(s) for the RTSL Ethiopia country programs. Interested and qualified service providers who have the relevant authorization to operate in Ethiopia, renewed certification and in operation for over five years are encouraged to apply.
1. General characteristics:

The full name and address of the respondents organization.
Renewed License and other tax documents
Describe, in this letter, the technical experience level and certifications earned by the staff that will be providing the service. Provide a listing of the principal officers of the company to include name, title, and length of experience with the respondent organization. Provide sample recommendation and reference letter.
2. Technical Features of the software:
Respondent elaboration regarding software philosophy,
hardware architecture, or other items of information which the Respondent feels important to a clear understanding of the proposed system and services and/or the Respondent's capabilities.
The software should have all important packages like, payroll tracking, leave accrual, pays lip, severance accrual.
Installing software, ensuring compatibility with all relevant systems .
Warranties and buyers remedies. The Respondent shall provide specific descriptions of the warranties and of the remedies. Testing and Acceptance.
The Respondent shall outline intended testing procedures (addressing RTSL participation) and terms for acceptance.
3. Cost Proposal:
The cost proposal will be laid out in distinct and separate sections.
The cost of the software products proposed.
Any Hardware Costs, if applicable.
Annual Support and Maintenance costs.
Time Frame for Implementation.
Training personnel to run systems.
4. References
a minimum of five (5) references
At least one (1) of the reference sites should be a site at which the respondent has provided software and related support services and is currently operational. interested and only registered companies who are authorized to provide Payroll software service with the above requirement are invited to submit detailed proposals. Failure to submit the required documentation will result in eliminating the supplier from the process.

Documents must be submitted to RESOLVE TO SAVE LIVES (RTSL) through the given address no later than by Close of Business, February 23, 2024, 4:00 PM.
And only the service provider who meets the minimum requirement will be considered for further discussion.
