Role purpose:

Managing the company’s investment in stock (Network Equipment Items) to meet company requirements by ensuring accuracy of stock data in ERP systems, track inventory counts and check the items in inventory for damages or discrepancies.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

•  Manage and coordinate staff in the receiving department
• Ensure staff are following established procedures and policies
• Perform quality checks on incoming shipments
• Inspect and document any damaged products
• Ensure that all orders are accurately received and recorded
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Train and develop staff
• Oversee security of stock and warehouse
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers

Key performance indicator areas:

• Customer Satisfaction index
• Process Efficiency
• Daily Order Fill Rates

Gross Salary Birr:- 30,000.00 ETB

Transport Allowance:-1500 ETB

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Technology, Engineering, Business or similar qualification from Reputable university
• Minimum 5 years experience as supervisor/lead

Inventory Management

• Knowledge in managing inventory levels, naming stock, tracking material requests , reorder dates, forecasting, pricing, inventory costs,variant sandorganizing all aspects of inventory.

Warehouse Operations

• Knowledge of strategic logistics drivers. Knowledge of receiving and storing product effectively and improving by designing and development efficient fulfilment, movement and storage systems.

Health, Safety and Sustainability

• Proactively seeks opportunities to increase sustainability in Company’s Supply Chain. Good knowledege of safe warehouse operating processes.
