We invite qualified applicants for the position of Order Process and Picker Supervisor at one of our clients Safaricom Ethiopia.

Role purpose:

Managing the company’s investment in stock (Network Equipment Items) to meet company requirements by ensuring accuracy of stock issuance data in ERP systems.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Supervise Order Fulfillment
• Ensure Accurate Order Picking
• Monitor inventory levels
• Maintain Documentation and Reports.
• Make sure that every transaction is recorded on ERP system.
• Collaborate with the warehouse manager to design and optimize the warehouse layout for efficient order picking and storage

Key performance indicator areas:

• Customer Satisfaction index
• Process Efficiency
• Daily Order Fill Rates

Gross Salary:-                               30,000.00 ETB

Transport Allowance:-                 1500 ETB

Reports to: Executive Head of Department – Inventory, Planning & Distribution

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Technology, Engineering, Business or similar qualification from reputable University
• Minimum 5 years experience as supervisor/lead

Inventory Management

• Knowledge in managing inventory levels, naming stock, tracking material requests , reorder dates, forecasting, pricing, inventory costs,variant sandorganizing all aspects of inventory.

Warehouse Operations

• Knowledge of strategic logistics drivers. Knowledge of receiving and storing product effectively and improving by designing and development efficient fulfilment, movement and storage systems.

Health, Safety and Sustainability

• Proactively seeks opportunities to increase sustainability in Company’s Supply Chain. Good knowledege of safe warehouse operating processes.
