Job Summary

Site office Engineer will support the construction sites by preparing the office work such as reports, payments, and other assigned jobs by his/her immediate supervisor.

Main duties and responsibilities

•  Preparing Bill of quantity and materials for every site.
• Preparing, Reviewing & approving agreements.
• Drawing adjustment, rearranging, printing, and distributing for every site.
• Taking measurements of any work on every site for preparing payment, material requests, or documentation.
• Preparing a master schedule for every project.
• Preparing monthly schedules for every project.
• Preparing subcontractor's payment, analyzing variations, and claims in every project every two weeks.
• Preparing labour payments in every project every two weeks.
• Preparing or approving temporary sub-contractors payments in every project.
• Preparing Reports monthly and weekly for each project.
•  Collecting and requesting needed materials from every site and letting know to management and purchasers.
•  Writing letters, and minutes to and from respective individual or external companies.
•  Creating formats, and telegram pages that are suitable for smooth communication from site to site.
•   Making sure requested materials are delivered to the needed site on time.
•   Follow up and monitor construction activities as per the schedules for every project.
•   Reporting/approving every work to your superiors, senior office engineer, and project manager.

• BSC in construction or civil engineering with Maximum 3 years experience as an office engineer
