Tarvel Agent

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.

Responsibilities:

·        Assist customers in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities

·        Research travel destinations, rates, and availability to find the best options that fit the customer's needs and budget

·        Provide expert recommendations and advice to customers on destinations, travel packages, and trip planning

·        Book travel reservations and tickets for customers, including coordinating complex multi-leg itineraries

·        Communicate with airlines, hotels and other travel providers to ensure smooth bookings and resolve any issues that arise

·        Handle customer inquiries and requests for modifications or cancellations to existing travel plans

·        Stay up-to-date on travel products, promotions, and industry changes to provide customers with the most current information

·        Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

·        Must have a deep knowledge and Certificate of Galelio Software for ticketing

·        Experience: a minimum of 1 year at Non- AITA agency

·        Strong customer service and communication skills

·        Good in computer skill with Microsoft Excel

·        Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, routes, and transportation options

·        Proficiency with travel booking software and online reservation systems

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle unexpected travel issues
