Job Summary

Loan Provisioning Officer is responsible for assisting in the follow-up of the loan provision capacity of the Bank in line with capital adequacy, asset quality, management soundness, revenue and profitability, liquidity, and sensitivity analysis.  

Academic & Professional Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Management or other related fields.

Experience

At least four (4) years relevant banking experience.

·        Working knowledge of provisioning for loan losses and the Bank’s regulatory provisioning policies and requirements.

·        Financial analysis experience and credit training.

·        Good knowledge of loan workout and recovery processes and strong knowledge of lending principles in the commercial business market.

·        Knowledge of policies, rules, regulations and directives related to the financial sector.

·        Sound knowledge of macroeconomic and microeconomic environment.
