Marketing and Social Media Officer - Business Group

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services locally and internationally.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to ensure it aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and consumer preferences.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure all marketing materials are visually appealing and consistent with our brand identity.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and social media management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
