Fleet & Warehouse Management Operations Head - Business Group

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the fleet and warehouse management, ensuring efficient and effective logistics support.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet utilization and warehouse operations, reducing costs and improving service levels.
• Ensure the maintenance, safety, and compliance of all fleet vehicles in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for fleet and warehouse operations, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fleet management, warehousing, and distribution.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of fleet and warehouse facilities to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in fleet and warehouse management.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in fleet and warehouse management or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
