Senior Route to Market (RTM) Coordinator - Business Group

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RTM strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and market demands.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for improving distribution efficiency and effectiveness.
• Optimize distribution networks and ensure timely delivery of products to various market segments.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of RTM plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution channels, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather feedback, and ensure compliance with RTM strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on RTM performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in RTM and distribution management.
• Provide training and support to sales and distribution teams to enhance their understanding and execution of RTM strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Route to Market, distribution management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful RTM strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
