Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and operations of company facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and functional.
• Coordinate with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of facilities and equipment.
• Manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of company events and meetings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all company facilities.
• Implement and monitor health and safety programs and initiatives.
• Support logistics operations by coordinating transportation, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient distribution and import processes.
• Manage support services such as cleaning, security, and waste management.
• Ensure that support services are delivered efficiently and meet the company's standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in general services, facility management, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
