Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic logistics and supply chain plans to support business objectives across all divisions.
• Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement, production, and distribution to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate with the production division to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage the distribution of products to local markets and government clients.
• Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and manage relationships with international clients.
• Collaborate with the tendering division to support logistics requirements for bidding projects.
• Ensure that logistics plans align with project timelines and specifications.
•  Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
•  Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess logistics performance and implement improvements.
•  Prepare and present regular reports on logistics operations, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within an FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, with proficiency in ERP systems.
• Excellent understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale distribution and import operations.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
