 Educational Back Ground

• Master's degree in public health professional specialist or public health specialist or Nurse Professional Specialist (in various disciplines) or in Midwifery Professional Specialist or Infectious Disease Professional Specialist or in Combined Emergency Surgery (Obstetrics and Gynecology and General Surgery) Professional Specialist or in Medical Specialist (in various sectors).

 Work Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of proven work experience in public health related programs out of which in senior position.

Skills & Competencies

• Research Publication: Proven track record of authoring 15 and above articles in prestigious, high impact journals.
• Clinical Knowledge: Understanding of maternal, child, and adolescent health issues, including best practices in healthcare delivery, treatment options, and prevention strategies.
• Leadership: Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team, set strategic direction, and inspire and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve maternal, child, and adolescent health services, including setting priorities, allocating resources, and evaluating outcomes.  
• Both the Civil service and MoH Human Resource Development rules and regulations will be applied to guide the day-to-day services of the postholder.
• As new priories emerge, MoH may periodically revise the TOR for this position.
