Job Summary

Cyber Security Administration Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing the Bank's Cyber Security Risk and Vulnerability Management processes, standards, and guidelines in line with the National Cyber Security Strategy and industry standards. The role holder is also responsible for managing the bank's legal, regulatory and industry standards, business continuity management, fraud investigation, and cyber security awareness programs.

The engineer is also responsible to work and collaborate with other software engineers on interfacing different channels with other third party systems (CBS, ERP, etc.).

Academic & Professional Qualification

? Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.

Experience

? At least Six (6) years’ experience in system engineering.

Required Technical Competency

? Knowledge on National Cyber Security Laws, Regulations and Standards.

? Strong knowledge on applicable Legal, Regulatory and industry best practices (PCI DSS, ISO 27001…).

? In-depth knowledge on various Cyber Security Standard and Framework NIST CSF, NIST NTA

? In depth knowledge of server, clients, mobile operating system and RDBMS with demonstrated understanding of security architecting of information systems in general

? In depth knowledge of tools used t secure and test security of Information systems.

? Demonstrated knowledge of threats and attach vectors as well as incident response and management.

? Project Management skills

? Strong vulnerability management experience

? Relevant Risk Management Certification and Knowledge

? Solid knowledge of security standards, IT security regulatory and compliance regulations and standards.

? Knowledge of various programming and scripting languages

? Knowledge of and practical experience with various Internet protocols

? Strong understanding and knowledge of IT risk assessment, risk procedures, security assessment, vulnerability management, penetration testing.

? Service Management or support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines.

? Understanding of IP networks traffic, firewalls, routing.

? Good Knowledge of Microsoft applications
