Senior Card Personalization Services Officer

• Conduct first hand preventive and corrective maintenance of card personalization and PIN printing machines regularly.
   
• Follow the proper function of the card personalization and platform for timely delivery of cards & PINs.
   
• Follow the stocking of relevant card perso machine spare parts and the reorder level.
   
• Follow the card personalization machines and card perso solutions logs, backup, archiving and retention are properly maintained regularly.
   
• Conduct and verify card reconciliation.
   
• Perform the provision of personalized card and PIN delivery to meet the customer expectation.
   

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of studies
• 5/3 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in professional positions
• Ethical competence and certifications are advantages
