Social Media Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who is fluent in both Amharic and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand's visibility, engage our audience, and drive growth across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage published content (images, video, written) in both Amharic and English.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance.
• Collaborate with other to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and applications.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in social media or related fields.
• Excellent  editing, presentation, and communication skills in both Amharic and English.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, News Media, or Public Relations is preferred.
