ANDREA SHOES MANUFACTURING PLC is a company registered in Ethiopia, it is a new company engaged in the “Manufacturing of Footwear” within Dire Dawa Industrial Park and will supply 100% of its products to the Export market.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and on boarding
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Oversee the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts through effective mediation
• Develop and maintain performance management systems and processes.
• Coordinate regular performance reviews and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance requirements.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics and analytics

Education: 

• BA in Management or Human resource management or Related fields of Study 

Experience: 

• 3 years of experience as a Human resource manager
