The Opportunity
This role is to strengthen Planās Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) system of the LEGO Play Matters Project in support of programme development, learning and accountability (PALS) and quality improvements in Gambella. He/she ensures that program quality is reflected within the project cycle and the project implementation in Gambella is undertaken efficiently and effectively by reflecting that all M&E requirements are in place and that cross-cutting issues of inclusion and DRR are properly incorporated.

Safeguarding Children and Young People (Safeguarding) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI)
Understands and puts into practice the responsibilities under Safeguarding and GEI policies and Plan Internationalās Code of Conduct (CoC), ensuring that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures.
Ensures that all staff signed safeguarding policies;
Implement Plan Internationalās global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in day to day work.
Bachelor Degree in fields such as Social science, Economics, Statistics or related fields.
Minimum five years relevant work experience.
Practical knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including development of log frames, result chains, theories of change, and assessment/evaluations.
Experience in digital data gathering and analysis package is a plus.
