Project Manager

Champion Trading and Properties PLC was founded in 2017 with the vision of marking a significant impact on the practice of professional and ethical standards in the real estate industry. The company is engaged in Construction (GC-2) real estate development, real estate marketing and sales agency and consultancy, asset valuation, property management, investment and business consultancy, travel agency and tour operation and import business. Champion Properties is looking for qualified applicants on Project Management.
 

Main Duties:
 

• Determines a project’s scope and goals and communicates them to stakeholders. 
• Set expectations and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Achieves the projects objective with available resources. 
• Identifies deliverables, set specific tasks for each team member, and determines milestones.
• Ensures each team member completes their assigned tasks.
• Identifying obstacles that prevent team members from accomplishing assignments and guide them through project changes.
• Ensuring team members meet quality standards and archive milestones while avoiding additional cost, time, and other budgetary overruns.
• Contacts stakeholders to confirm task completion, releases personnel and resources, submit invoices, and collects files and assets.

Qualification

Education & Experience 

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction management , civil engineering, related fields BA Degree or above
  8 years or above for a BA degree in construction management Out of which 4 years and above in a managerial position or similar profession.
